****Please consider watching Kenny's funeral service live at: https://youtu.be/eLuqk0YtrEc Kenneth (Kenny) Wayne Stephenson, 62, of Midwest City, Oklahoma, died Saturday, February 12, 2022, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kenny was born on December 7, 1959, to Willard and Jean Duncan in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He married the love of his life, Joan Stephenson, on April 7, 1989. He attended college in Oklahoma, getting his Associates in Applied Science/Police Science from Oklahoma State and his Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies from Oklahoma University. He served as a security control officer for OG&E for 13 years, a Sergeant for the Midwest City Police Department for 23 years, and 20 years in the 507th Security Forces Squadron of the United States Air Force Reserve Office of Special Investigations. Kenny enjoyed watching football with Grandpa Stow, playing bingo with Grandma Stow, fishing, camping, and refinishing furniture. He loved spending time with family and friends and cracking jokes to make people laugh. Kenny is survived by his wife, Joan Stephenson; son, Nick (Brooke) Stephenson of Utah; son, Adam Stephenson of Utah; grandchildren Ella, Annalise, Lincoln, and Max; mother, Jean Duncan; and numerous other close family members. Kenny is preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Stephenson; father, Willard Duncan; and grandparents, Henley and Moree Stow. Visitation will be on Sunday, February 20, 2022, from 1-6 pm at Ford Funeral Service. (305 S Sooner Rd, Midwest City, Oklahoma 73110) Services for Kenny Stephenson will be held Monday, February 21, 2022, at 11 am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. (110 W Morningside Drive, Midwest City, Oklahoma 73110) A brief graveside service will be held following the funeral at Worley Cemetery.
